- SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 is seeking sources to provide Eyeglass Services to beneficiaries of the VA located within this Network. VA facilities involved in the solicitation include: VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System, Reno, NV; VA Palo Alto Healthcare System to include Palo Alto, Menlo Park & Livermore, CA; VA Northern California Healthcare System, Martinez, CA; VA Central California Healthcare System, Fresno, CA; and the VA San Francisco, CA. Current contract requirements provide for the services of a licensed Optician; manufacturing and delivery of single vision, Bifocal & Trifocal lens, frames; and the service of same. Depending upon responses received this procurement may be set aside for Small Business or other category such as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
