- MODIFICATION 1: The purpose of this modification is to state the deadline for proposing on this requirement is Friday, June 24,2005 at 12:00pm EDT. Offerors shall have until Wednesday, June 22, 2005 12:00pm EDT to ask and have questions answered. No questions shall be answered after that time. ALL OR NONE. MUST MEET ALL SPECIFICATIONS. SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED. REQUIRED DELIVERY: AS SPECIFIED ON WORK ORDERS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement is supplemented with an uploaded solicitation offerors shall read in its entirety before asking questions and submitting a proposal to the Department of State.
