- Description
- The Bureau of alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms & Explosives intends to negotiate a Sole-source contract with Cost Xpert Group, Inc., located in Rancho San Diego, CA. The services under consideration in this contract are for one (1) year of maintenance including initial on-site training for 20 users licenses. The anticipated period of performance will cover one (1) year from date of award. The notice of intent is not a request for competive proposal. A determination by the government to not compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This Government intends to solicit and negotiation with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. There is no solicitation available for this requirement. This requirement will be awarded through the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR part 13.
