- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 12.6. The Natural Resoruces Conservation Service is accepting proposals for a new Windrower for our Plant Materials Center in Pullman, Washington. The new Windrower shall include a Draper Header, maximum 16-feet wide, Diesel motor (min-70HP), must incude bar tread fron tires, and fork mounted rear tires. The proposal must include removal of a 1971 John Deere 800 Windrower. The following options shall be considered: Option 1: Hydraulic sliding (forwared and backward) header adjustment. )ption 2: Removable (bolt up or similar) conditioner. The trade in John Deere 800, is available for inspection at the Plant Material Center, Pullman, WA. Bids must include the removal of the John Deere 800.
