First Article/Preproduction Approval Government Testing and Textile Sample are required. This item is not a critical application item, and Configuration Control Applies. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 152 days ARO. Subject RFP is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition and is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years.
