- Description
- The intent of this solicitation is to issue ?Prime Vendor?, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IQC) contract(s) for Material Handling Support, Parts, Equipment, Supplies, and Services to the various customer and activities of the US Department of Defense (DoD) worldwide. The material provided under this contract will be commercial in nature. Most items are expected to be original equipment manufacturer part numbered items. Some items will have NSNs assigned. Those that do will generally fall under Federal Stock Groups (FSGs) 30, 38, 39 and 81, Material Handling and Construction supplies and equipment and certain containers, all of which are currently managed by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia?s Equipment Business Unit. NSNs that fall into other FSCs may be added or included if they are related to support of MHE. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://214.3.146.126/home. From the Gateway homepage, select ?Search RFPs? from the right-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (pdf). A modification to this Presolicitation Notice will be published at a later date announcing the issue and closing date. The solicitation will not appear on the Procurement Gateway before the modification is published.
