- YPI04281002990, NSN 5306-01-185-6238 - Bolt, Self Locking, in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. (78286) P/N 70103-08801-102. Acceptable Sources are Avibank Mfg. Inc (84256), SPS Technologies Inc. (56878), and Spacelock Inc. (16258). This is an army designated Flight Safety Critical Item. The Government may ONLY contract with approved sources. The quantity is 7500 EA. The solicitation provides for a 100% quantity option. Delivery of 600 EA to be delivered to DDSP New Cumberland, PA, and 1500 EA to be delivered to Defense Distributaiton Depot San Juaquin. Delivery of all quantities within 385 days after date of contract. First Article Test is required. However, the Government reserves the right to waive FAT. This acquisition is unrestricted. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1). The Government does not possess unrestricted technical data.
