- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request for quote (RFQ) DGSMZ57908. (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-03. (iv) The NAICS code is 334111, the size standard is 500 employees, and the resultant contract will be 100% set-aside for small business. (v) Provide a price for each of the following two CLINs. (vi) CLIN 0001: 3 each Type 2 Cryptographic Support Servers to include board, software, on-line documentation and one year warranty ? High security, high performance cryptographic engine which off loads cryptographic processes from its host. Supplies FORTEZZA security services to server applications supporting large number of users. Must be National Security Agency (NSA) approved. CLIN 0002: One additional year of maintenance for each. Offerors should state whether or not government purchase card is accepted. (vii) Ship to HQ OSSG/DOME, Attn: Erma Pugh, 490 East Moore Drive, Bldg. 8800, Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, AL 36114. FOB destination; acceptance at destination. Delivery requested no later than 60 days ARO or as soon as possible. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically acceptable low offer.(ix) The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6 Alt1, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.216-24, 52.216-25, 52.225-13.(x) The following DFARS clauses apply to this acquisition: 252.204-7003, 252.211-7003, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001, 252.243-7001, 252.246-7000, 252.247-7022 (access to clauses can be made via http://FARSITE.HILL.AF.MIL).
