- Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit, Juneau, Alaska requires support and services to bring the United States Coast Guard (USCG) into compliance with State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) requirements at USCG LORAN Station with regards to recovered fuel and fuel-contaminated water from former remediation activities. This support will include, but is not limited to: 1. Remove, transport and deliver to fuels recycler approximately 4,000 gallons of gasoline and water and approximately 7,000 gallons of diesel and water. The Contractor shall comply with all State and federal requirements for the transportation and disposal of this product. 2. Remove, transport and deliver a non-functioning Terex loader from Attu and to the DRMO (Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office) Anchorage, Alaska. 3. Remove, transport and dispose of several thousand pounds of miscellaneous scrap, including several fuel storage tanks. This is not set aside for small businesses only.
