Description

Sources Sought Notice, Area 6 Substation 6-14. Scope of Work: Design/Build a self-contained portable substation mounted on a single seismic zone 4 skid installed at the Nevada Test Site (NTS). The portable substation will consist of the following: 34.5kV primary disconnect switch (Vacuum or gas circuit breaker); 5MVA 3 phase, 34.5kV – 12.47kV power transformer; one 15kV secondary switch with four 15kV feeder breakers; and associated metering, relaying, battery system, AC system, and necessary hardware to make a complete and functional self-contained portable substation. Please provide the following information as minimum qualifications: 1. In business a minimum of 3 years. 2. Company history. 3. Small business. 4. Resumes for design and construction personnel. 5.
