- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at Point Mugu, CA intends to procure on an other that full and open competition basis the following items: 1 (one) Technical Data Package for the 2006 Configuration to the 53-20-06 DSDC CV-319E/ASN. The scope of this effort will consist of updating technical publications and configuration. Contractor also will provide a complete set of product drawings and lists for the DSDC- 53-020-04, -05, and -06 configurations. This requirement is sole sourced to Meggitt Avionics, 7 Whittle Ave., Segensworth West, Fareham, Hampshire, Great Britain, based on unique capabilities. Any firms believing that they can provid! e the above stated task may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 14 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive, without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
