Description

CONTACT Leon Perlman, (732) 532-4838. This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for the overhaul/repair of the MD-1359/A, Improved Data Modem NSN: 5895-01-493-4396. Current source for overhaul/repair of the radio is Innovative Concepts Inc ., Mclean, VA. No Test Requirements Documents (TRDs) or maintenance manuals are available. Companies capable of performing this effort must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AC (Perlman), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. Co mpanies must demonstrate that they have intimate knowledge of the system and its associated software and have past experience performing work on similar systems. Companies will be required to warrant that the overhauled/repaired systems will perform satisf actorily when used for their intended purpose. Companies must have the knowledge and necessary test equipment to pre and post test the system. This synopsis is for informational purposes only and not an offer for proposal.
