PRON: AX5F0381AX, NSN: 5977-01-106-2173, PN: 70550-02129-106, Quantity: Min: 341 each, Max: 1141 each, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The Required delivery is 341 each, 231 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft (78286), Electro-Tec Corp (98089), and Moog Components Group Inc (99932), because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by t he current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encourage d to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may subm it an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside The United States. This information cannot be released outside The United States wi thout prior approval of the Government. This Acquisition contains Technical Data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside The United States without prior approval of the government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicita tion will not close prior to the date stated above.
