Description

The items to procure: Knife, NSN 1095-227-1739, P/N 12011860; Scabbard, NSN 1095-01-512-2744, P/N 12598184; Attaching Scabbard End, NSN 5340-01-275-5398, P/N 12598189; Cutter, NSN 1005-01-394-6125, P/N 12956515; Latch, NSN 1005-01-510-7986, P/N 12598 168; Bayonet M7, NSN 1095-00-073-9238, P/N 1101007; Scabbard M10, NSN 1095-00-223-7164, P/N 8448476; Attaching Load Bearing, NSN 1095-01-278-1174, P/N 12598195; and M7 SYSTEM, NSN 1095-00-017-9701, P/N 8427025. For use: M7, M9 and M10 Bayonets. This solici tation will result in a 3-year firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Guaranteed minimum quantities will be stated in the solicitation. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 29 July 2005. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: https://aais.ria. army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore inc umbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of it.
