- Description
- Provide Radiology Technician to perform services on a part-time basis, at Ireland Army Community Hospital (IACH), Fort Knox, Kentucky during the period 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006. Contract personnel shall be of a quality meeting or exc eeding current recognized national standards as established by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and the American Hospital Association (AHA). The Contractor shall perform services in accordance with the ethical, pro fessional and technical standards of the health care industry, and the professional standards of Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, Kentucky. The standard of performance for any employee provided by the Contractor shall be to exercise that degree of care, skill and learning expected of a reasonably prudent health care provider in the profession or class to which he or she belongs. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. NAICS 561320, with a size standard of $11.5M, applies to thi s requirement. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 June 2005 with bids due on or about 17 August 2005. The solicitation will be posted on the Fort Knox homepage website at www.knox.army.mil/garrison/doc/contracting_opportunities.htm on or abo ut 28 June 2005. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments.
