- ANNOUNCEMENT IS AMENDED TO ADD: GSA VENDORS ONLY. The Directorate of Contracting, U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD in support of the Ordnance Mechanical Maintenance School Field Training Exercise Committee, Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement for personnel to assist in the doctrinal training. The Contractor shall provide specialized support in the functional areas of field training, vehicle operations, administrative and logistical services, thus assisting the Ordn ance Mechanical Maintenance School to fulfill its missi on of producing a better War-fighter for the U.S. Army. Some of the labor categories requested are Range Safety Officers, Tower NCOs, Convoy Observers Controllers, Lane Safeties M16 Range, Ammunition Handlers, Tactical Convoy Vehicle Drivers, Armorer, Amb ulance Drivers, L-CCATS Operators, Ambulance Drivers, Simulations Center Operators.
