- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Energy Management and Control System (ECMS) services, Buckley AFB, CO. Required services are commercial, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall perform in accordance to the standards outlined in the Statement of Work. A Firm Fixed Price service contract will result from the solicitation. Estimated period of performance will be 8 July 2005 with a six month performance period. The solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20050509. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541513. The small business size standard is $21 million. Solicitation Number FA2543-05-T-0006 will be issued as an RFQ on or about 22 June 2005. The solicitation is set aside 100 percent for small business. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.eps.gov with an estimated closing date of 29 June 2005. No paper copies will be issued. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423 and all offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote that will be considered by the 460th Contracting Squadron. The anticipated contract award date is on or around 8 July 2005. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
