- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. Scope of work to provide NON-PERSONAL SERVICES FOR ONE TIME CONTRACT FOR ALL PARTS, TOOLS, LABOR AND TRANSPORTATION TO REPAIR ONE FAULTY 20 MHZ DIGITAL PIN ELECTRONICS MODULE ON THE MATE 390 AND TWO FAULTY 10 MHZ DPEM DEVICES ON THE A-10 INTERMEDIATE AVIONCS TEST SET (IATS) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK.
