Description

The Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking professional Pharmacy services. The purpose of this contract is to provide Pharmacy services either directly or through a network of subcontractors, including but not limited to: Filling Prescriptions for VA patients after medical treatment in the patient?s communities, Monitoring prescribed medications for potential conflicts and interactions, and; Resolving drug interaction conflicts. Area of Service: Service will be provided throughout the State of Oregon; Clark, Skamania, Klickitat, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, and Pacific counties in the State of Washington; and Del Norte and Siskiyou counties in the State of California.
