- Description
- The Department of State has a requirement to procure services for the upgrade of GEMS from PeopleSoft Federal v. 7.0 to v. 8.8 or later. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of determining if there are at least two responsible small business concerns capable of meeting the requirement. Offerors must be assessed at CMM Level II or higher; offerors must have the depth and breadth of experienced personnel to allow support of an aggressive schedule (6-8 months for full implementation of the Federal version of PeopleSoft 8.8 including 68 bundled DoS customizations; offerors must have experience implementing a large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERS) system; offerors must have a SECRET facility clearance; offerors must demonstrate an understanding and expertise in HRMS applications supporting federal government customers with world-wide scope; offerors must have extensive experience with the Federal version of PeopleSoft 8.8 and Federal government large scale initiatives.* PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND MESSAGES LEFT WILL NOT BE RETURNED. Interested small businesses shall e-mail or fax a letter signed by a corporate official who can officially bind the company and verify that the company meets the above requirements. The letter shall describe within a three page maximum the company's ability to meet all technical requirements listed above. The letter shall be e-mailed to MejiaKJ@state.gov or faxed to 703-875-6085 by 4:00 p.m. EST on June 23, 2005.
