- Description
- The Department of Commerce (DoC) has a requirement to purchase Red Hat Enterprise Linux products and services. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only One responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, DoC intends to sole source via brand name for the Red Hat Enterprise Linux products and services, only. The contract vehicle type for this acquisition is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA will be awarded against an existing contract vehicle such as a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) or a Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). Interested parties shall submit a copy of their FSS or GWAC with their proposal because the BPA will be utilizing the schedule or contract terms and conditions.
