- The Government of The United States of America is looking for Office Space to Lease in Evergreen Park, Illinois The General Services Administration, an agency of the United States Government, wants to lease 2,185 rentable square feet of first-class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building in Evergreen Park, Illinois for U. S. Department of Agriculture. Rentable space must yield between 1,900 to 2090 square feet of occupiable space. The space offered should be contiguous as well as provide secure/reserved parking for 2 vehicles. Extra parking must be available within a two (2) block radius. The space must be contiguous. Lease term desired is for 10 year/5 year firm. Occupancy is desired by Spring 2006. The space offered should provide a modern office environment, which meets the General Services Administration?s fire, life safety and handicapped accessibility standards. We will pay market rate for a built out and fully serviced lease that meets government requirements. This is a negotiated competitive procurement.
