- Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office ? Southwest has a requirement for the following item: CLIN 0001 Overhaul Kit, 18000 hour, for Paxman Marine Diesel Engine. 10 Kits. Delivery is to Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, California. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333618. This is an unrestricted procurement. The proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract processed under FAR Parts 12 and 13. The anticipated release date for the Request For Quotation (RFQ) is approximately June 15, 2005. The RFQ will be available for download at www.neco.navy.mil. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Interested sources must download from the www site listed above.
