- This synopsis is issued to have Sanitary Tank #2 cleaned and gas free in accordance with Industrial Process Instruction 5931--001A; Trisodium Phosphate (TSP)Cleaning of Sanitary Tank on 688 Class Submarines. Work will be performed within the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA) at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. The Contractor will be required to obtain appropriate security clearance (Green Badge) to work on board the vessel. This is set aside 100% for small business.
