- 0001 Palomar StarLux Pulsed Light System (or equal), includes the following; 1 ea power supply; 1 ea Lux Y Handpiece - yellow; 1 ea Starter Kit; 1 ea Business Builder Kit; 1 ea Cart; 1 ea Training Session. 0002 Lux Rs Handpiece 1 ea. 0003 Lux G Handpiece - Green. Quotes must also include 2 copies of operator and service manuals and shipping charges if applicable. All bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration website per FAR 52.232-33 in order to be considered. Specifications: active contact cooling, touchscreen controls, high power, photon recycling, smooth pulse technology, largest contact spot size, quick change handpiece connection. The intense pulsed light system is applied directly to the skin and a bright light is passed directly to achieve the desired results. different colored handpieces achieve differing responses. There is no breakage of the skin so the process is non-invasive and is done on an outpatient basis. It treats conditions ranging fromrosacea to acne to the ravages of damage from the sun.
