- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a total set-aside for small business concerns using the NAICS Code of 423820 with a size standard of 100 employees. Contract Line Item 0001 is for 2 each, Front Deck Riding Mower with diesel engine, liquid cooled, 4 X 4, NTE 11 MPH, Reverse NTE 7 MPH, with minimum 29-inch turning radius, and 72-inch cutting deck with hydraulic deck lit, rollover protective system and minimum cutting variances from 1 to 6 inches. Contractors shall request copy of remaining written specifications via fax at 251/441-5765. This requirement should be delivered by 15 July 2005. Delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination: 2000 Lock and Dam Road, Demopolis, Alabama, 36732-0986. Sources responding to th ese requirements shall have an authorized repair dealer within 100 miles radius of the deliver destination. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09 and are available at htt p://farsite.hill.af.mil.
