- Description
- Provide medical laboratory personnel on site at Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, Kentucky during the period of 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006. Contractor personnel shall be of a quality meeting or exceeding current recognized n ational standards as established by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and the American Hospital Association (AHA). This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. NAICS 561320, with a size standard of $11.5 M, applies to this requirement. The solicitation will be issued on or about 27 June 2005 with bids due on or about 16 August 2005. The solicitation will be posted on the Fort Knox homepage website at www.knox.army.mil/garrison/doc/contracting_opportunit ies.htm on or about 27 June 2005. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments.
