- Fuel Tank Rack Maintenance services at Eielson AFB, AK is being offered as a 100% small business set aside for North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 811310, with a small business size standard of $6,000,000. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and any other items necessary to perform annual maintenance and 24-hour telephone technical assistance to fuel storage tank rack system. The annual preventive maintenance shall consist of equipment inspection, cleaning, lubricating, and performance of all other schedule adjustments and repairs. Performance period for resultant services contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be from 1 Oct 2005 through 30 Sep 2006 with 1 potential option year period. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 13 June 2005 with closing date 15 calendar days after issuance, subject to change. This Request for Proposal is a Price Performance Tradeoff (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. The Request for Proposal will be available by electronic transmission only, via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation.
