- THE FOLLOWING PROJECT ORIGINALLY POSTED 19 APRIL 05 IS HEREBY CANCELLED. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. Work will include, but not be limited to all plant, labor and materials to renovate selected areas in the Air Terminal. Remodel old baggage area into a 3rd outbound lounge, to include: new restrooms, passenger holding area, children's play room, nursery, flooring, ceiling, wall coverings and emergency exit; renovate DV lounge and restrooms and restrooms in existing outbound lounge; renovate 2 break areas; enclose breezeway between new and older terminal bldg. Apply new wall coverings, provide employee restrooms on 1st flr; renovate AMCC kitchen, wall off vending machines; replace duct in outbound lounge, old inbound lounge, and DV lounge; provide fire suppression system in renovated areas. Include demolition, disposal, asbestos abatement, and all related work for a complete usable project.
