Description

The 50th Contracting Squadron, Schriever AFB, CO intends to award a SOLE SOURCE contract to The Mathworks Inc, 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA 01760-2098, for the procurement of software license renewals for the MATLAB software in use at Schriever Air Force Base, CO. This service contract will cover the base year and four (4) one year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination not to compete lies solely with the discretion of the Government. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304 (C)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
