- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) intends to issue a sole source contract with AGDIA Incorporated located in Elkhart, IN, for the purchase of 60 Durviz PPV ELISA kits including freight changes under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 and U.S.C. 253(c)(2). AGDIA, Inc. is the only commercial sole source provider for the Durviz PPV ELISA kits in the U.S. This will be a requirements contract with an estimated value of $959,700 for base and two option years. This notice is for informational purposes only. No formal solicitation will be issued.
