- PLEASE NOTE THE RESPONSE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO JULY 25, 2005. NSNS: 1560-01-175-4438, 1560-01-176-7592, 1560-01-325-2480 and 1560-01-343-6952. DSCR does not currently have approved technical data packages available for any of the NSNs. IAW QAP 027. These NSNs are Navy Critical Safety Items and are not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 3 year base period plus 2 option years. Solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. Information regarding the Estimated Annual Demands, the delivery schedule and First Article requirements will be contained in the solicitation. Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) apply to all four NSNs. There will be a guaranteed minimum dollar for the base period, however, the option years if exercised will not have a guaranteed minimum value. The solicitation will be evaluated line by line. The government reserves the right to make multiple awards. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is June 24, 2005.
