- Solicitation Number SP0406-05-R-3185, RE050970240000, NSN 8120-00-702-8859, Cylinder, Compressed Gas, Carbon Dioxide in accordance with MIL-SPEC MIL-C-7905G. Unit of issue is each. Destination inspection required, QAP 002 applies. This is an unrestricted solicitation and will result in Fixed Price with EPA, Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and two (2) option years. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
