- The final version of the RFP has been posted at ftp://hwwtp@217.66.242.70. The Password to access the RFP, technical specification, drawings, Geotechnical Reports and Background Studies is h1242005. The documents must be downloaded in order to open them. Proposals are due July 20, 2005 and a site visit and Pre-Proposal Conference is tentatively scheduled for June 27, 2005. Additional details will be provided in a subsequent amendment. Questions or comments should be sent to robreen@usaid.gov. The scope and effort of preparing a full technical Design/Build proposal as outlined in the RFP documents within the timeframe allowed is understood to be challenging. Design/Build Teams are directed to provide as complete a document as possible following the stated technical requirements. Submitted documents must be sufficient to allow USAID to evaluate and contract the work. However Design/Build Teams will not be disqualified for incomplete submissions. Submissions will be evaluated on the provided information.
