The following statement is added: The Performance Work Statement and Wage Determination applicable to this requirement may be accessed at http://www.campbell-doc.army.mil/POV.HTM. Responses to questions received from interested participants and our responses follow (responses are in bold itallics following the questons): 1. Our Reps & Certs are available on ORCA  do you still want a full set of Reps and Certs? It is not necessary to submit representation and certifications if they are available in ORCA . Include a statement that representation and certifications are av ailable in ORCA. 2. Does the Government provide a secure, fenced-in storage area? Yes. 3. Does the Government provide MP roving 24-hour security or must the contractor provide 24-hour security? The Government will provide security. 4. Is the Government providing office space ON SITE at the POV storage area? Yes. 5. Are there rest room facilities and waiting area provided on site for customer service. Rest rooms facilities are available. Vehicles will be processed outside. In case of inclement weather, there is an inside area that can be used. 6. Will the Government provide a copy machine on-site for customer copies of inventory forms? Yes. 7. Will the Government provide pre-printed inventory/checklist forms or must contractor provide? The Government will provide required forms. 8. Will the Government provide office space for this contract? If not, will the Government allow the contractor to provide temporary office space (at contractors cost) to be placed onsite near the POV storage area? The Government will provide office sp ace. 9. Will the Government provide specific software for the management of the POV facility? Or is it to be provided by the contractor? The Government will provide Excel software program to be utilized to create and maintain the records. 10. If software is contractor supplied, what software is required? N/A. 11. Are utilities available in this area? Yes, utilities will be provided by the Gvernment. 12. Will the contractor be responsible for utility costs? No. 13. What are the required hours of operation of the POV facility? See the Performance Work Statement where we defined our requirements as clearly as possible. 14. Will the shuttle bus be provided by the Government? If not, what size of bus is required? The Government will provide the bus. 15. What are the values for the current contract providing this service? There is no current contract in place; this is a first-time buy. 16. Is the storage area located on Fort Campbell? Yes. 17. Is there going to be a site visit scheduled? There is no site visit scheduled; however, if you desire to see the site, that can be arranged. 18. Will the Government provide the shuttle bus(es) and fuel? Yes. 19. Is the Government going to provide office space with utilities, furniture and office equipment or are we to provide all of that ourselves? The Government will provide the facilties and equipment as stated in the PWS. 20. If we are to provide, will the Government bring utilities to the building and hook them up? See response to Question Number 19. 21. Is there currently a contract in place for these services? If so, who is the incumbent and what was the value of the last contract? See response to Question Number 15. 22. What was the length of the contract? See response to Question Number 15. 23. What is the distance between the POV drop-off and pick-up locations? Less than a half mile. 24. Do you have any additional information? What I am looking for are the hours that the services will be performed, number of employees, etc. See the Performance Work Statement where we defined our requirements as clearly as possible.
