- This is an Amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation W31P4Q-05-T-R017. The purpose of this Amendment is to answer questions received. Q. 1. Under equipment specifications number 6a what is the range of the pressure transducer labeled as (1) 10 H20? A. 1. The numbers after each set of brackets are the pressure ranges. The term 10 H20 means one pressure transducer with a range of 0-10 inches water pressure. The ? shown on the solicitation is an automatic system response to the plus minus symbol. Q.2. Is the number in brackets () the quantity? A.2. Yes. Q.3. In category 1 line item g it states Will include any heat exchanger system necessary to dissipate the power absorbed by the engine loading device including any recommended maintenance items Assume that this included a complete closed water system including cooling tower, pumps, water tank but not the installation there of. Please clarify. A.3. Heat exchanger design is left to the proposer, but should include installation. Location of equipment is Huntsville, Alabama.
