- AMENDMENT 0001 The following Amendment is hereby issued to clarify customer's need. Repair boom on winch #12. Request Contractor specify what labor, material, and equipment is needed to accomplish the following: (1) Straighten outrigger assembly, install additional steel if required and reweld to kingpost using complete penetration welds. (2) Disassemble fairlead block pin and retainer cap, remove an existing pin and retainer cap from forward end of vessel and install in place of the disassemble damaged pin and retainer cap. (3) Lift cargo boom and remove heel pin, NDT heel pin, cargo boom attachment ears and goose neck, reassemble after acceptance of NDT. The winch/boom will be made available for inspection June 6th through June 10th, 2005. Please contact BMC Hunt (757) 887-4027. At a minimum, responsible sources shall provide the following: a price proposal on letterhead or a SF1449 which identifies the requested item, with its unit price, extended price, total price, prompt payment terms, remittance address, Tax I.D. #, Duns #, and Cage Code. Responses to this solicitation are due by June 16, 2005, 4:00 P.M.
