- Solicitation has been amended. Download amendments at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Provide all labor material, equipment, transportation and supervision to cut the grass at Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, 1430 Wright Street, Madison, WI, as shown in the solicitation documents, attachment, and exhibits. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business contractors. The work shall be accomplished by means of a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Offers shall be submitted to perform work for the base period of one (1) year, with pre-priced options for four additional twelve-month option periods. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract for additional periods of one to twelve months, with a total duration not to exceed 60 months. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 561730 with a size standard of $6M. Request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOM Electronic Solicitation (E-sol) website on or about 9 May 2005. The estimated date for receipt of offers is May 24, 2005. All eligible small business firms interested in a copy of the RFQ may view and or download the document at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. The solicitation will be in electronic format only. Contractors are encouraged to register on the E-sol website prior to downloading the solicitation to ensure notification of any/all changes or additional information related to the solicitation. Registration for this solicitation is optional. You may still view plans/specifications and amendments without registering for the solicitation, but you must be logged into an E-sol account. If you register for this solicitation, you will receive a courtesy email notifying you of all amendments for this solicitation posted to this website. Registration for this solicitation, however, does not relieve bidders/offerors from the responsibility of checking the solicitation daily for amendments.
