First Article Reqquirement shall be IAW CDRL 015223582 dated 28 Sep 2004. NOTE: The proposed contract is set aside for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone Small Business Concerns will not be considered. Quantity is 299 each, with a 100% option. A copy of the RFP may be downloaded from the DSCR Procurement Gateway after the issue date of 21 March 2005.
