- Description
- The U.S. Special Operations Command intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) H92241-05-R-0018 to acquire technical, engineering, and program management services for the Technology Applications Program Office at Fort Eustis, VA. This requirement is 100% set-aside as competitive 8(a) IAW FAR 19.8. Only SBA eligible 8(a) concerns may submit a proposal. NAICS Code is 541330. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, non-commercial, non-personal services contract. Contract type will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity. Contract term will consist of a one year base period plus a one year option period. The contract minimum amount is $250,000 and the contract maximum amount is $5 million. Scope of work includes Special Operations Aviation aircraft integration, aircraft system development, production planning, aircraft system safety analysis, and ground and flight test planning and execution. Security clearances are required for all employees. Solicitation issue date is expected to be o/a 4 April 2005. Award will be made on a best-value basis. Proposals must be delivered to U.S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, Attn.: AMSAT-D-TK, 401 Lee Blvd., Fort Eustis, VA 23604-5577, by the time stated in the RFP.
