- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B.1), dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition on the mechanical maintenance services commercial activity function performed at the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. PBS provides for the Federal Government?s real property needs by leasing, building and maintaining Federal office space. Government personnel consisting of 12 commercial activity FTE and private firm support are the incumbent service provider. Aberdeen, SD (1FTE); Billings, MT (1 FTE); Bismarck, ND (1 FTE); Butte, MT (1 FTE); Casper and Cheyenne, WY (4 FTE); Fargo, ND (3 FTE); and Piegan, MT (1 FTE). The estimated work years will consist of a base year and four option years. This is not a solicitation for bids and bids will not be accepted at this time. The designated Competitive Sourcing Official is, Paul Prouty, Assistant Regional Administrator. His point of contact is G.W.
