- Stock Requirements 6FLS-N1-050312-N for FSC 8040, Misc. Adhesives, issuing June 8th, 2005. This requirements contract contains 29 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN?s). The period of this contract will be for a period of 2 base years with 3 one-year options, beginning on 10/1/2005 or date of award, through 9/30/2010 (or 5 years from date /of award), including options. MSDS must accompany the bid package. The 29 NSN?s are In Accordance With various Military Specifications and Brand names. If you offer on a Brand Name NSN, it must be that brand name ONLY (no others will be accepted). Only those manufacturers whose products appear on the QPL will qualify for an award. (If a distributor submits an offer, a letter from the qualified manufacturer must accompany the offer/package). See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for Individual NSN requirements.
