- Contractor shall provide plant, labor, materials, transportation, supervision, equipment and other items necessary to provide Laundry and Dry Cleaning services at various Navy/Marine installations on Oahu, Hawaii. Items are Linen and tanksuits. The anticipated period of performance is 01 oct 2005 through 30 Sep 2006, plus four (4) one=year option periods. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services applies. The proposed contract is subject to the Services Cotnract Act. Specific requirements are provided in the solicitation from the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center in will be posted. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The National American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 812320 and the small business standard is $10.5M. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation via the NECO Website on or about 24 June 2005. Companies interested in doing business with the government are required to be registered in the Central Contract Registrat! ion (CCR) database and payment be made by electronic funds transfer. IAW DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests, the United States Marine Corps utilizes WAWF-RA to electronically process vendor request for payment. The contractor is required to utilize this system when processing invoices and receiving reports under this proposed contracts. To register to uses WAWF-RA all interested parties can go to https://wawf.eb.mil. It is interfaced with CCR. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government considering past performance, technical acceptability and price.
