- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. RFQ N00140-05-Q-2983 anticipates award of a firm fixed-price, indefinite delivery-type order. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2001-24 and DFARS Change Notice 20040625. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This is a competitive, unrestricted action. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Division Contracting Department requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001: Navy Blue Sunbrella Cover Cloth ? SubCLIN0001AA: 150 yards, to be delivered within 2 weeks after date of award, SubCLIN0001AB: 150 yards, to be delivered on 01 June 2006, and SubCLIN0001AC: 150 yards, to be delivered on 01 December 2006; CLIN0002: N44 PRat Carbon Battens ? SubCLIN0002A: 8 sets, to be delivered within 2 weeks after date of award, SubCLIN0002AB: 8 sets, to be delivered on 01 June 2006, and SubCLIN0002AC: 8 sets, to be delivered on 01 December 2006; CLIN0003: #3 Press-on Jib Hanks ? SubCLIN0003AA 800 each, to be delivered within 2 weeks after date of award, SubCLIN0003AB: 800 each, to be delivered on 01 June 2006, and SubCLIN0003AC: 800 each, to be delivered on 01 December 2006; CLIN004: 1? Superstik Seamstik ? SubCLIN0004AA: 288 rolls, to be delivered within 2 weeks after date of award, SubCLIN0004AB: 288 rolls, to be delivered on 01 June 2006, and SubCLIN0004AC: 288 rolls, to be delivered on 01 December 2006; and CLIN0005: F-Style Bobbins V92 ? SubCLIN0005AA: 8 gross, to be delivered within 2 weeks after date of award, SubCLIN0005AB: 8 gross, to be delivered on 01 June 2006, and SubCLIN0005AC: 8 gross, to be delivered on 01 December 2006.
