Description

The Government intends to procure Tulips, Narcissus, Hyacinth, Muscari, Anemone bulbs for the upcoming 2005 Autumn planting season. The bulbs will be shipped to areas within Washington, D.C. and northern Virginia. This procurement is a 100-percent, total small business set-aside. The solicitation will be available on June 14, 2005, at the following website: ideasec.nbc.gov. Search for RFQ under the solicitation number listed under the National Park Service solicitations. All technical questions must be emailed to Linda_K_Hook@nps.gov. Technical questions will be accepted until 4 P.M., EST, on June 24, 2005. The responses to technical questions will be provided on the website within amendments to the solicitation. All offers are to be mailed or hand-delivered. The closing date of this solicitation is 4 P.M., EST, on June 28, 2005. All responsive, responsible offers will be considered for evaluation.
