- The U. S. Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service, on behalf of Redstone Technical Test Center(RTTC), Development Test Command, US Army Test and Evaluation Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Millitech, Inc. Specifically, RTTC has the need for KA Band OMT (CDA-22-030849), which is a modify OMT-22-020866. The Millitech KA Band OMT's are the ones currently in use in the system they are cloning. Only the exact match to the current system both technically and physically are allowed. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-solicitation Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 p.m. EST June 20, 2005 will be considered by the Government. The anticipated award date is June 21, 2005.
