Description

THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED B ASIS PURSUANT TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. THIS PROJECT IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), PERFORMANCE PRICE TRADE OFF (PPTO) SOLICITATION. In general, work will consist of the following: Repair interior and exterior of Hang ar; including mechanical system (HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, and fire suppression); electrical system and architectural finishes. Estimated cost range of the project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Solicitation documents should be available on or ab out 29 June 2005. Mr. Gene Curtis is Contracting Officer for this project. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS)code for this project is 236210.
