Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, engineering, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install and start-up the two high-wall split cooling units located in the switch room of building 739. Contractor shall field verify inventory and operating system prior to starting work and notify the contracting officer of any and all discrepancies. All work to be performed on McConnell AFB, Sedgwick County, Kansas. Performance period is forty-five (45) calendar days. The NAICS Code is 238220 and the SIC is 1711, the small business size standard is $12,000,000. The estimated magnitude of construction is less than $25,000. A single Firm Fixed-Price Construction contract will be awarded. This action is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for HUB Zone small business concerns; Small Disadvantaged Business; Emerging Small Business; or Small Disabled Veteran Business. Interested companies that fall under any of these categories should indicate their interest to the Contracting Officer, in writing, if possible but to be received no later than 7 calendar days of this notice. If adequate interest is not received from any of these concerns by close of business 7 calendar days from the date of this notice, this solicitation will be issued as Full and Open Competition without further notice. All offerors must be registered in CCR and ORCA for award.
