This part has been designated a reliability control part under a formal reliability program. The probability of failure would be unacceptable from the standpoint of safety of personnel and/or equipment. Data to control the reliability limits and/or define the performance parameters that control these limits is not defined nor can they be adequately drafted by the Government. See Note (s) 22, 26.
