- 8 June 04 UPDATE: Amendment 0001, SF 30 to Solicitation FA8601-05-R-0050 is hereby posted. SEE ATTACHED FILES. Receipt of this amendment must be acknowledged by option (b) described in Block 11 of the amendment. Include signed SF 30 with your proposal. Amendment 0001 removes from Section L, Para. 3.1, Item (7), Subfactor 4-Safety Plan, and Item (8), Subfactor 5-Environmental Plan. Amendment 0001 changes Section L, Para 3.2, (b) , last sentence, to read, "Offeror shall submit proposed manning in the format provided (Attachment 2). Amendment 0001 changes Section L, Para 5.2.1, (c) , first sentence, to read, "A past performance questionnaire is posted on the Internet with this document (attachment 3 to the solicitation, as listed in Section J, and titled, Past Performance Questionnaire). Amendment 0001 changes Section M, Para 2.1.1, second sentence, from , "...as specified in items a through f...", to, "....as specified in items a through e...". Amendment 0001 changes Section M, Para 2.1.1, (d), to read, "Provide documentation that the individuals in the positions of Contractor Representative and Alternate Contractor Representative possess individual security clearances at the level of SECRET at the time of the contract award in accordance with Section 4.13.4 and 4.13.6 of the PWS." A new page 35 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. Remove and replace page 35 of the PWS with the new page 35, dated 7 Jun 2005.
